PLACING YOUR ORDER
There are two ways to order products from HAF2Paint. You can shop from our website or place an order by phone, by calling 407-232-0431 between the hours of 9am-9pm where you can speak directly to Heather A. French.

  • Checks* and Money Orders

All orders will be held until proper payment is received.
*All checks will have a 10 day process time, and any check returned will incur a $50.00 processing fee.

SHIPPING
Due to waiting for paint to dry or custom changes, it can sometimes take up to three weeks to have your order shipped. We will email you with the status of your delivery. Customers wanting expedited shipping will be responsible for actual costs above the standard ship charge.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7% will be added to any orders shipped within Florida.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of each piece of art, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If any product arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping, we will work with you and the shipper to either repair or replace. Please do not return any merchandise until you have contacted 407-232-0431, explaining the nature of the return.

Report any problems that have occurred during shipping or questions about a product within 5 days of the ship date.  We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened.

BACKORDERS
Customers will be contacted via phone or email at any time a product is not available at the time of shipping.

Privacy
Haf2Paint respects all of our customers’ privacy and never shares or sells any information.  All information submitted to our company is strictly confidential and private.
